I arranged a delivery on the 22/05/2018 - its the 13/07/2018 and the parcel still has not been delivered.
My claim was rejected because they said they located the package... yet still nothing!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.... DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICES
