Seven days to find out my parcel was being returned (no reason given) I called live chat and after nearly one hour I was fobbed off with them saying it will take a further 1-2 working days just to tell me where my parcel was and why it was being returned. They kept saying "we will refund you" which does not help my standing with my customers. I see P2G has a 63% one star rating. How come there site shows 4.9 stars when you Google them? Does management ever read these reviews? Do they even care? I think not. Shocking customer service. I asked for a transcript of my live chat to be emailed to me. Of course that was not sent.
