Well the answer is not use this company at all unless you want 2 to 3 days delayed collection and up to a week delayed delivery even though I paid extra insurance £11 to guarante a 7 day deliver they still don’t want to know or issue a refund
All I can say is that these a bunch of idiots
Now I am instructing a solicitor to put them straight A’s I don’t feel they belong trading
