I currently have 2 parcels posted to 2 different European countries on the same day 3rd July 2018. In both cases the parcel was lost but miraculously were found & so say continued their journey & are now marked as delivered. My claims for compensation were then dismissed. The parcels were not returned to me & both customers say they have not received them. I have asked for evidence of delivery such as signature etc. No such proof has been given. It seems like a cop out to me. Just mark it delivered. I have contacted the chat line on numerous occassions & whilst getting through quite quickly am left holding for up to 55 minutes. I am looking for an ombudsman now to recover my loss.
