Worst parcel mediator company.
Used this for 2 months for my e-Commerce business delivering upto 50 parcels a month and service was so bad I have decided to stick to Royal Mail for international as well as UK deliveries.
Unreliable, lack of information when a parcel is undelivered, Poor customer service. STAY away from it if you want to maintain goodwill with your customers
