Initially all fine as relatively straightforward to use, however, the package was lost and the aftercare and customer service is appalling. Can't speak to anyone on the phone as online only, and that takes ages to get through and they don't appear to have many records so have to go through it all again. I've spent hours waiting to be cut off and the progress has been really slow over 2 weeks later. Waiting for my refund - just glad I took insurance, so will see what comes of that. Do not use.
