Paid for collection and the courier refused to collect the order.
I booked a collection for 4 boxes of 20kg each, I have an infant to look after and i live on a 3th floor flat without lift. When the courier arrived for collection he was very rude I informed him about the situation and he refused to pick up the order stating that i should have had brought all packages myself downstairs!!!!!! I used different companies before and anything similar happened to me before. Wouldn't recommend it!!!
