Worst courier service ever seen, I had to book 7 slots in a row for my parcels to be collected. No refund for that and online chat not very helpful.
I found this unacceptable, expecially since I had already left my accomodation and had to wait in the city for them to collect my parcel. I had to hat with 3 different customer services employees to resolve the problem.
I will never use this website again.
