Let's hope that following their latest investment it will take less than two months to resolve a lost parcel. They lost my parcel and requested proof of the contents. Still waiting for my compensation claim to be settled more than 3 weeks since the proof was provided. Being told they are waiting for a decision by senior management due the high value of my claim. Its £100. Extremely poor customer service so far. Beware!
