Don't bother using these and go straight to the couriers - the customer service is down right rude whenever you experience a problem (has to be some of the worst I've experienced).
Used Parcel2Go for a while but my latest parcel missed its specified delivery date and I was then told it had been lost so I had to refund the eBay buyer. A few days after issuing the refund the item was delivered to the buyer - not a problem I thought, I'll ask Parcel2Go to assist with having the item returned to me...that's where the incredibly poor service began with me finally being told that I would need to pay again for the return of the item (despite them being at fault for delivering it late in the first place). So, in essence, I am now paying twice for a failed delivery service.
