I've gotten so used to good company service that I forgot what bad service looks like. Posted package two months ago, paid for priority. Package has not arrived at this point. Parcel2go won't pay until the package is declared lost. The thing is, we discovered that they needed to request that information from the delivery company within 30 days. Which they didn't seem to do, given that neither the package or compensation has arrived. The package may still arrive, but it's been a massive time waste for the receiver and I to get this far. If you'd like a simple insurance service, then I suggest someone else.
