Absolutely horrific service. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
My parcel was lost. After two months of wasting hours of my life on their extremely flaky live chat system and sending emails back and forth (there is no phone number you can call), I was informed that I could not claim any compensation asI had not taken out extra cover (despite the ParcelForce Express 48 service that I had booked usually including £100 cover for loss).
Really dreadful service, a nightmare to deal with, and has left me £160 out of pocket.
