I sent two Golf Clubs to Sweden for Delivery 17th October. Two weeks went by and the buyer contacted me to say the cubs haven't yet arrived. I tracked the clubs and the web [age said the clubs were still at the hub on 17th October. I contact parcel2go on there chat facility and they explained I would have to wait 48 hours before I open a case.
I opened a case feeling that something would be done. I had a report 1 week later telling the parcel had been found. I had already given the buyer a full refund. After twice contacting Parcel2go asking them to send the parcel back to me I'm now being told they can't look into a full refund unless I receive the parcel. Wow how ridiculous is that. It's now 12th November 2018, still out of pocket and no parcel to be seen. And, I paid for the insurance. I now feel completely fobbed off. Lost my parcel, lost my money. So it's cost me Money to send a parcel to Sweden. Marvelous. I will never us this company again as it's quite clear to me they have no intention of covering the cost. I will update this page if I receive my parcel back. I doubt this will happen.
O, I forgot. It cost me £17.00 to sent the parcel. The parcel value was £70.00. I've refunded the buyer £70.00. So far it's cost me £87.00
