This is the worst service i have ever used! No contact number to call for urgent queries. Their system contains incorrect data that is connected to the account which is why i have had to chase up 4 times and each time frustratingly having to tell them that they need to update my details in the system, in which it never gets updated!
They have sent me personal information on 2 other people details which were connected to my account!
NEVER, NEVER, NEVER! Especially NEVER chose HERMES as they are the worst in service.
