Complete waste of time. Failed collection twice! Waited in for 2 full days... 8-6pm for YODEL. And still the parcel hasn't been collected!!
Was promised an upgrade by one operator then the next operator says this was not possible and I had to pay extra!!!
A terrible company.
Avoid like the plague!
