They collected parcels, but not customs documents they required as courier fromTNT refused to pick them up. They said parcels would not arrive to destination as it was international and I am still awaiting my refund/return of parcels. Chat person seemed to be a scam as repeating the same questions you had already answered and confusing things/contradiciting themselves. Proper scammers.
Does anyone know how to claim this / complain to Authorities being an online scheme?
