Sent parcel insured,not delivered .Got onto Hermes who confirmed they had lost it..took a couple of days P2G took
weeks saying they were waiting for the courier to investigate,eventually
Asking for proof of value and non delivery??
It was insured for £60 and premium paid calculated on this value
We sent screenshots from Hermes and P2G!
Showing parcel not delivered..not accepted!!
Need email from receiver saying they have not received
Months now gone by and still no decision.
Lousy customer service no phone number only email
And live chat sometime!
Will never use again.Will go direct to courier company's
then you only have one link in the chain
