Stay clear. Cheap practices to deny customers their rights! Worst customer service.
They lost my £45 printer on the way to Amazon return centre. When I made a claim (I bought £20 package insurance with them), among other stuff they asked me something nobody can provide - a letter from receiver (Amazon) mentioning they never received the parcel. Really, does Amazon have all the time in the world to send letters for items they didn't even know customers have posted back or not??
They asked for this despite knowing (1) their own tracking has been showing "on the way" status for a month, (2) the carrier's (Hermes) customer service confirmed on chat that the package seems to have lost in the sorting hub
I provided all other proofs like proof of posting with Parcel2Go, of item purchase, of its value etc. But no, they wanted a letter for Amazon.
All Parcel2Go does is get paid to connect customers with carriers, and sells delivery insurance, and then they deny claims by asking for almost impossible proofs.
