Parcel2Go is the worst Parcel service with no access to any customer service team but few individuals on chat who are rude and unprofessional. My parcel went missing in transit and no one was able to find out or tell any still. its nearly a month it is still pending. I will not recommend their service. I guess they are one of the online scam companies who are ripping money off and stealing stuff too.
