NEVER AGAIN!
After previously having had no issues with parcel2go, a parcel went astray which was not their fault but the way they dealt with the claim was appalling. I had insured the item, which they accepted but then the claim went into a never ending string of excuses and supposed escalation of authorisation from claims supervisor, to claims manager, to commercial director, and the only way to obtain payment was to issue legal proceedings in the small claims court.
So be warned!
