Have now waited two days for collection of a large item and no sign of the courier. Hermes the courier say that they haven't been issued the pick up yet!!
Unable to find anything on the website about how to have a live chat with someone or contact someone about this!!
after 2 good experiences I will not use them again as there is no way of contacting the company
