Used parcels2go website and sent a parcel via my Hermes. One parcel contents damaged, one parcel lost proberbly stolen.
No help whatsoever from parcels2go they asked for proof that is impossible to give, they know from their own website the parcel has been tracked to a depot and that is wher the track ends.
The package is one metre long and weighs twelve keg.
It is impossible to contac anyone by phone and the way the website is set up impossible lodge a complaint.
Both Hermes and Parcels2go are terrible companies
Avoid like the plague.
