I wish I also had read the reviews before booking booked a parcel via Parcel2go on Dec 4th parcel was tracked to a depot and then disappears, Parcel2go basically told me tough, it is impossible to speak to somebody in person and on live chat they cut you off if they don't like what you are saying. This has done our reputation no good and has cost us financially and ethically and basically refused help, please avoid Parcel2go
