It s the most useless company wich i ever work with, for the past 3 wks. TRY TO AVOID THEM.

WE PAY FOR "SIGNATURE REQUIRED" SERVICE, FROM COSTUMER SERVICE THEY TELLING ME THAT IS OPTIONS, SO THE DRIVER CAN THROW THE PARCEL AND F...KS OFF...
WE PAY FOR INSURANCE... UNFORTUNATELY ONLY S..IT THEY DON T HAVE ON "PROHIBITED ITEM LIST"... SO IN CASE OF LOSS, DAMAGE OR WHATSOEVER , WE LOSE THAT MONEY.
IF YOU CONTACT THE USELESS COSTUMER SERVICE, THEY JUST READING AND COPY/PASTE THE SCRIPTS WICH THEY HAVE ON DESKS... SPECIALLY THE "WE ARE SORRY TO HEAR THAT"....
