I sent 2 parcels which the driver left in the rain which distroyed the contents, fortunately I took out insurance , unfortunately they are trying to wriggle out of paying dispite being their foul up .....if only they had the guts to have a contact phone number instead of hiding behind live chat ....
I recommend never using this company , very unprofessional......
