Very back service. I booked them to deliver the return parcel but they didn't come to pick from my address.
I re-booked and pinged there chat room three times to make sure somebody come but unfortunately nobody some to pick the parcel.
very disappointed. when i did the live chat this girl said we never say that the delivery will be confirmed :)
I guess they are running a scam i hope they will send my money back
