Absolute garrbage company, they were suppised to deliver a important parcel 14th. Cant get hold of anyone, no one replys to emails, parcel is still to collect and there excuse is the courior forgot it.
I suggest sacking the courior company, stop all the bulsh1t and if you cant deliver say so, there a lot more companies out there that can and on time.
Time to fix up and get my parcel moving as I will claim for compunstation as iv paid for the installers to come in
