I sent a parcel via Parcel2go, and it was a DPD. I didn't realize the parcel got lost until my recipient contacted me. Then I checked DPD tracking number and gave them a call directly. I was told that my parcel was destroyed due to some address issue. DPD told me that they already made a request for this to Parcel2go but there was no response. I was very shocked by this. I then contacted Parcel2go to ask why there was no notification about this. Why Parcel2go didn't response DPD request? Why Parcel2go didn't contact me for that? Surely this was not a big problem. but Parcel2go didn't answer any of the question and just said they can refund me the postage. Really rubbish! never ever use.
