Absolute garbage. Sent a parcel as an Amazon return. Despite being a massive fulfilment centre covering many acres, unable to find or gain access. Customer support is pathetic, the same email time after time, waiting courier response.
Chat is just as woeful, say the same thing, escalated, please wait 72 hours for response. SIX TIMES. Spend a few quid extra on Royal Mail.
