I am surprised of finding bad reviews about this company.
I find it super helpful and brilliant. I dispatched 3 large parcel with them which I sold on my ebay shop, I could import the orders to make it super easy to copy address and details.
They offer very competitive prices, my last delivery was overweight and they also paid for me the extra!
