I sent a parcel on the 3rd October 2018 by dpd local I tried to keep a track on it but they didn’t keep there system up to date .when I contacted dpd to make a claim I was informed there wasn’t any thing they can do it was parcel2go so I contacted them I got told I had. To prove when I purchased my items and they didn’t arrive ,I got prove when I got them as it was 2007 I could show they never arrived , then I was told they changed there mind about paying me as I didn’t reply with the same information I had done that , I then got told they had lost them and there refusing to keep the claim open .i contacted there ceo he ignored me totally .s
