The Star rating should be -1 or even -100.
i am at my wits end. Parcel sent to Switzerland on the 14/12/2018. raised a case early in January. Replies to emails take 3-7 days!!! and still nothing.
They say it is with Customs my daughter contacted customs and they have nothing we have asked for a number of the hub the parcel is at and still waiting for this information!!!!!
RIDICULOUS is not the word for the "customer Service" there is absolutely none.!!!!!! So fed up. Ridiculous company how is it that you are still in business??
