e mail sent to refund department I have been told that you have refused my application for refund even though you did not deliver my parcel, which included insurance and guarantee delivery. I was also promised by the agent on 22nd January - due to the lack of information and the way it was handled I would receive £50 back. In fact to begin with they offered me £10! The agent has told me the basis of refusal is attempted deliveries and then sent me information - which is actually laughable as it is the attempted deliveries from 19-21st January 2019 back to me in the UK. The parcel was sent 6/12/18 - arrived fine etc, attempted delivery 18/12/18 - no note left, no one even knew there had been attempt. I then spent until 3rd January trying to find out where it was through your agents, it was at a local post office. I then spent sometime trying to see if they could send to Melbourne (my son left Sydney to work at the Open in Melbourne on you guessed it 3rd January) - your agents contacted Australian Post and sent me information to do this - WITHOUT any contact information - so in the 3 days it took to get a response - it left for the UK. And to add insult to injury - you did not let me know via email that you had refused my refund as stated you would on 22nd January - only reason I knew was I looked at my PArcel2Go account. So Katherine - if you actually exist - I want my money back for a complete non-service.
