I would not give even 1 star for this company.
They failed to collect a crutial medical equipment and this was their answer.
I'm really sorry that things went wrong here. Unfortunately the courier has not left record of why the collection failed, so I'm unable to clarify why this happened. Failed collections can happen for a wide variety of reasons.
