2 parcels fully destroyed and no refund…
2 parcels fully destroyed and no refund (even though insured) as packaging was deemed insufficient.... this was an opinion not fact as we handing boxes packaged the same way all day without incident..
The level of abuse dealt to these packages was unbelievable and all contents written off. Contact and claim procedure is shameful
