The only reason I gave 1 star is because I couldn’t give a 0.
Absolutely disgusting service. We got them to courier a TV back to the company we bought it from. The TV arrived to them smashed to pieces and after taking out the extra insurance Parcel 2 go will not pay out for the repair. So now we are down the amount of the TV and delivery.
They have no telephone number to speak to a human, you can only live chat and if they don’t like the question they just don’t answer you.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We would have been better driving it ourselves! Useless!!
