They take your money. Lose the shipment then don't give the cost of goods back or the cost of shipping - even though 'extra protection' was taken out. What an easy way of making money!!
The only way of contacting/complaining is via a chat portal which they just close when they don't want to help any more.
Do not use unless you have money to waste and no desire to get your goods to the destination.
