Shocking service - late delivery even though you pay delivery guarantee (not worth it) pay £15 for rural delivery plus everything else and the parcel wont get there on time. Courier had the parcel for several days without doing anything with it, while tracking the parcel on live chat (also useless, apologise and share their frustration but cant help in anyway) they advise failed delivery even though they never tried (no card eg.) told there is no way to contact them only for TNT to then ask the person you're sending the parcel to collect it from their local post office as its "easier for them"! Request a refund asked to allow 2 days for them to investigate only to log on and see that its been rejected and they don't have the decency to contact you! Avoid at all costs!
