Absolutely worse than useless 'Live Chat'. They don't have any idea or know anything about your parcels you entrust to them to deliver.
They just want to take your money and fob you off every time something goes wrong - which is quite often, as they use the cheapest most unreliable courier services.
Avoid these people. They are cheap for a reason. It really is a gamble as to whether they will actually do what you pay them to do. And they certainly wont give one flying toss what happens once they have grabbed your money.
