Genuinely the worst customer service it is SO frustrating. I've used them for a while and they are always terrible if something goes wrong, and it frequently does. In particular 'Jo' on livechat. When asked if she could give me SOME kind of idea of when my issue (outstanding for 2 months) might get resolved i got this rude response 'you will need to wait as I have advised, it is not a case of "I do not want to" so please do not insinuate that I do not want to do my job. You are asking for information I do not have'. delightful
