AVOID AVOID AVOID!
I posted a parcel from UK to USA, bought insurance for £300. It was tracking for more than 3 weeks as being still on the way (I was told that apparently they use multiple curriers and i shouldn't worry) until finally it got lost.. then found!.. then lost again.. and found and lost another 3 times. In the end they said that my parcel had prohibited items and it is being returned to me. After 6 months of chasing, my claim got rejected and I am waiting for £25 refund for postage and NO INSURANCE.. cheating company, AVOID!!!
