I'm now on my third rebooking to get my snowboard picked up here in the UK to go to another UK address and I'm not very confident that it will go there today or get there for the time required in the re-booking. Customer service told me last night that if I wanted a guaranteed pick up at this point I should basically use, and pay extra for, another service provider ! wtf !
Useless and unhelpful.
