Parcel2go lost my parcel and kept me watintg for two weeks whilst doing nothing about it. They took me through a burocratic and long process of raising a claim and liaising with automated chats to eventually just tell me that they did not know and could not help in finding my parce, which contained important letters with sensitive information, and an expensive perfume.
The service they provide has proven to be considerably below my expectations.
