If possible i would leave no stars!!!! I have ordered many collections and had to re book upto 8 times and still sat waiting for collection. The final straw i went on a live talk with Odilia who advised me to re book and they could refund after the terrible service, once re booked then back tracked to stated she meant to type they cannot refund. What a sham!!! Use another avenue to send parcels!!!!!!
I am currently still sat waiting for a parcel to be collected and if i'm honest, i could walk to Nottigham from Lancashire and have the delivery on time!!!!
