Dreadful service! Do not use this company and deal direct with the courier. The parcel I sent did not arrive by due date so I opened a claim and the response has been non existent. I contacted courier direct and they informed me the parcel was deemed as lost and that they had informed Parcels2go and I should start a claim. Parcels2go are denying they've heard from courier and I've got to wait to start a claim. Obviously I'm going to have to refund my customer and be out of pocket until this is resolved. I urge again do not use this company you cannot speak to anyone only use live chat!
