They aren't even worth 1 star. We sent a parcel out 11th April the parcel still hasn't been delivered and when I go to the chat for an update they don't even help you. They state that someone will be in touch in the next 2-3 days. That was 2 weeks ago!
I have just spoken to someone on Chat, they asked if there was anything else they could help with. I asked for them to tell me where my parcel is and he cut the chat off!!!!!
This company is a joke and our company will not be using them again!
