Booked a Parcelforce express 24 with them, it's guaranteed next day by Parcelforce or you get 50% of cost back.
I did not receive the parcel next day and Parcel2Go stated that they will not refund the 50% because i didn't book directly with Parcelforce (basically they get the 50% on my behalf and keep it).
Nowhere mentioned in their terms that their rules as a middleman overwrite the main courier rules.
Absolutely disgusted !!!
