Dreadful service. Only gave one star because I couldn't do no stars. Have waited in all day for two parcels to be collected for delivery to my grandchildren. Received an email stating the collection failed - impossible as I've been here watching the door all day. Contacted them via live chat to be told actually their collection days are not guaranteed and they will rebook.
Appalling service - will take this up with trading standards.
