The service itself is good and prices generally very competitive BUT after Hermes lost a parcel I sent (large and heavy....impossible to lose you would think!!) I found the claims/complaints process via P2G a pain and the support/outcome less than satisfactory. At one point I had to contact Hermes myself to get things moving!
Now looking for an alternative service for the regular sending of parcels.
