Updated review:- We got off to a bad start as the driver was almost 2 hours late but I appreciate that the parcel was delivered well before scheduled to. A few things that your company can consider to improve even more : 1) Have an online chat assistant available so getting hold of you is easier. 2) Have some sort of contact with the drivers to let the customer know if they are about an hour away. This will really make your service stand out. Thanks
